Just finalized the cover for Prince of Mules and ain’t it a beauty? Was trying to provide a better sense of the kingdom’s influences but finding workable photos for fantasy settings is a no go. So I went for a more basic approach, a bit abstract, but very colorful.
With the cover designed its time to make one more pass through the manuscript to correct any final errors and then its into production and uploading to the various ebook distribution networks. If everything goes as expected, we’ll be releasing the ebook on Thursday, Oct 29, 2015, only slightly behind my original schedule, but still in October.
With that release out of the way it’s onto the big kahuna, the short story collection Chronicles of Bulinnärm. We’ll send it once more through the proofing stage before setting a date, but right now I’m thinking Nov 12, 2015 looks pretty darn good as the release date. This will be a historical date as it’ll be my first simultaneous print and ebook release.
After that we’re into the holidays with only one more short story to release and I expect smooth sailing all the way. At least I’m hoping so.
