An Erich Rambles Mystery
It’s that time, Built for Murder has now been uploaded to Amazon, iTunes, and Smashwords for official release. In some ways it’s been a long time coming and short in others.
I began work on the manuscript in late 2013 and the initial writing went very fast and smooth. It was a relief to not have to stop and create new fantasy material for inclusion at every plot point. It was about 3/4 complete when I finally moved up to Michigan and kind of lost oomph to do any writing. The energy kept coming back and before I knew it I finally had something to throw around that appeared good enough for release. Spent several months doing the final edits (several, several passes) and finally said enough is enough.
So now it’s out into the wild and we’ll see what happens. New genre, new characters, first novel, so lots of unknowns but hey, something might happen. Best thing is I’m already knee deep into the sequel which may mean another release this year.
In the meantime, Storms on an Opal Sea needs another editing pass and then it should be released in late summer, and Alexiandrölarn is being cleaned up and critiqued at the same time for a fall release. May be a very busy year if I can keep up the momentum.
